Our Transportation Management System (TMS) allows us to communicate instantly with our carriers about shipment changes. We are also able to get status updates on scheduled pick-ups and deliveries. It’s great to have the flexibility to reschedule or adjust delivery schedules to accommodate our current staffing and facilities schedules.

Scheduling

The efficiency of TMS is incredible. We can easily reschedule deliveries and pick-ups based on our own operational needs or at the request of a customer. Everyone receives immediate notifications of the changes. We can get a quick glance at the schedule for the day so we can maximize our staff and make changes as needed.

Inspection

Though we use some of the most high-tech and advanced equipment and software available, nothing beats a hands-on approach in most cases. Our staff conducts numerous inspections throughout the day. They physically check everything from equipment, supplies, inventory, and also keep an eye out for potential safety hazards. Everyone is vigilant and reports any findings of concern to the appropriate party for follow-up.

Flexibility

We pride ourselves in being incredibly accommodating to our customers. All plans can be tweaked to fit the specific needs of a business or individual customer. We don’t care how much you spend with us each month. Every customer is treated with the same amount of respect and importance. If you don’t see something on our service menu, just call us and we will do everything in our power to make it happen.

Freight Brokerage

We offer freight brokerage assistance for those customers who deal in larger quantities and receive big shipments. Our consultants will work hard to get you the best pricing available.

Shipping Network

Our shipping network is incredible. We have great relationships with all the major carriers and as a result, we are able to offer our customers a wide variety of shipping options and something available to meet every budget.
