By allowing us to process your orders, store your inventory and process returns and payments for your business, you are handing over a large and very important part of your operations.

Our customers’ privacy and protection is always at the forefront of everything we do. We have a number of electronic and physical measures that we take to protect both assets and information. At every level of our company, there are security protocols and measures in place. We do not take chances. In today’s world, there are too many dishonest people looking to take advantage of unprotected people and businesses.

Below are some protocols we use to protect your assets, mainly your inventory, especially products we are preparing for transit as part of order fulfillment.

Air Bags

Air bags are just what they sound like – bags filled with air. The purpose of these bags is to be placed within a load to not only prevent shifting but also cushion in the event packages do get bounced around. The aim is to reduce the amount of product damaged during transit. We have no control over the product once it leaves our facility, but we do everything possible to make sure it is as stable and safe as possible.

Registered Film and Shrink Wrapping

Not everything is perfect and square and fits on a pallet like a glove. Quite often packages are odd shapes and sometimes you are shipping packages of varied sizes on one pallet. This is where shrink wrapping and registered film come into play. They allow us to secure items on a pallet so that they don’t slip or fall off during transit.

Barcode Labeling

Our labels are generated and affixed to products as soon as they arrive. The labels are a fount of information. They tell our staff where to store it, if there are any special handling or storage requirements, all the information regarding manufacturers, etc. The labels work with our automated system so that when scanned they will input items into inventory or remove them when scanned before being shipped out. This makes inventory management super easy and it will even notify us when stock levels are low or product is getting ready to expire. Remember, we back all this automation up with hands-on inspections and verifications.

Heat Tunnel Processing

Heat tunnel processing allows us to secure even the most challenging products. No matter how big, how oddly-shaped or awkward, heat tunnel permits the wrap to conform to the size and shape of the product so it is stable and ready for shipment.
